My wife and me went to santa susanna with globe holidays and it was a trip of a lifetime the hotel was 3 star but it should be 5 star it was spotless clean and the food and staff were first class and as for the drivers of the coach they were just brill fun and friendly in fact we have booked to go again this year

Just returned from a London weekend trip to the Tower Hotel - wonderful. Very helpful and friendly coach driver took us to our first class hotel accommodation located overlooking the Tower Bridge and St Katherine's dock. A great location for touring London by river or open top bus to the see the city sites but with the added advantage of returning to a luxury hotel situated in a more relaxing location. Will definitely recommend to others and hopefully return! Excellent value for money - many thanks!

My son booked coach trip to Alton Towers 3-4 weeks ago for 8 people and paid in full at the time of booking. The trip was cancelled by a telephone message left at 10.30 am on the Friday morning as the outing was to commence on the following Monday morning. Surely more notice should have been given? Arrangements had been made to take time off work. We were disgusted at the poor service. Had my son cancelled, then he would not have been offered a refund. He went on to book a mini bus for 8 people which proved to be more value for money and he is to get an extra one and a half hours in the park!
