Due to the current eruption of the volcano our holiday was cancelled. I rang this morning and was offered a full refund. I have spoken to three of the operatives had fantastic help. Ive have dealt with this company before and would just like to say that you can book with confidence...

ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE BEEN AWAY WITH HELLO HOLIDAY\'S 4 TIMES IN THE LAST 4 YEARS, THEY HAVE BEEN CHEAPER FOR THE SUMMER HOLIDAY\'S BY HALF THE PRICE OFF EVERY OTHER TRAVEL AGENT, THEY ARE A FANTASTIC COMPANY TO BOOK WITH, AND WE HAVE NEVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM FROM THE FLIGHT\'S TO THE HOTEL\'S WE HAVE STAYED IN WITH THEM, FANTASTIC TIME EVERY TIME WE HAVE BEEN ON HOLIDAY WITH THEM, WE HAVE BEEN TO THE ROYAL STAR IN LORRETT DE MAR 3 TIME\'S WITH HELLO HOLIDAY\'S, FOR A CHEAP ALL INCLUSIVE HOLIDAY THEY ARE FANTASTIC, HOTEL\'S VERY VERY CLEAN AND FOOD BRILLIANT, DONT KNOCK THIS COMPANY I HAVE FOUND THEM AND THERE STAFF IMPECABLE, WELL DONE HELLO HOLIDAYS, 2 CAN TRAVEL AND MEDINLAND ARE ALSO THERE COMPANYS, BOOK WITH THEM AND YOU WONT BE SORRY, YOU WILL DEFINATELY USE THEM EVERY YEAR, KEEP IT UP HELLO HOLIDAYS AND TAKE NO NOTICE OF THESE FEW PEOPLE THAT LIKE TO MOAN ALL THE TIME ABOUT HELLO HOLIDAYS, I THINK THERE THE BEST EVER IN THE TRAVEL INDUSTRY, BUT THATS MY OPINION, SEE FOR YOURSELF, BOOK WITH THEM AND TRY THEM OUT, THEY WILL BEAT ANY PRICE FOR ALL INCLUSIVE, BEAT OURS HOLIDAYS BY HALF EVERY TIME....

we have booked 3 holidays with hello hols in the last 18 months they are not the most friendly people to talk to on the phone and i have sometimes felt that i have been putting them out by phoning. Its very fair to say that all 3 holidays were good value and the whole family enjoyed them, just bite your tounge when booking with them and they do seem to find you a fair deal £820 for 2 adults 3 kids to llorett de mar 4 star all inclucive for seven nights say no more....

I booked a holiday with Hello holidays last year,i found them very efficient and accurate.I,m at this moment looking to use them again,No problems at all ....

we have booked two holidays with hello hols and can find there telephone skills very poor i think it depends what kind of day they are having. although we have all ways found them very good value and everything has gone to plan. I for one will be using them again....

After reading numerous reviews I was a bit apprehensive about my trip to the Benidorm Centre Hotel through Hello Holidays (2 Can Travel). Everything went like clockwork from EasyJets flight, transfers and a great hotel. Yes our flight did not get us there till 11 00pm but thats early for Benidorm and we knew when we booked what time we would arrive and what time our departure was. All in all a great holiday. Well done Hello Holidays, credit where its due....

I\'ve not been away with this company as of yet but I have booked my holiday through Hello & found them to be very unprofessional. They did not send me my e-ticket so when I rang up an advisor said \"how are we supposed to email it to you when we don\'t have your email address\" (even though I had already given it to them). When they sent the ticket I realised the 7 nights meant 5 days as we arrive at our desination @ midnight & leave in the early hours of morning - very unimpressed so far!...
