i booked a holiday with thompson to spain my holiday was very good the resort etc.. however please be careful when booking at this store they will mislead you we paid £128 for trransfers we didint ask for and in fact said we didnt want for A 15 min taxi ride that cost 12 euros , they also added extra baggage inflight meals and said that they were compulsary when we complained becuase we booked late however this is untrue after going in to store they basically said tough your word against ours thomas cook is 2 mins away and so is coop travel i suggest you try there instead very bad service

My husband and I had booked our holiday in June on line but needed some extra assistance. Sarah, in the Solihull branch was extremely helpful and went "the extra mile". Can't praise her enough! Many thanks again to Sarah and Thompson Holidays!
