Were on our third family holiday booked through Value Visits , never had a problem with them.Everything that was promised was delivered,and there was no nasty hidden extras that usually accompany bookings with the larger travel agents.Staff were friendly and always spoke to same person ,no call centre.Will book with them again and have no problem recomending them to anyone....
